Everywhere you look, you’re liable to see some sort of CBD product, and I mean everywhere.
Fast food chains, grocery stores, and gas stations are just a few places that now offer up a plethora of non-psychoactive cannabis products for people to enjoy. Which, to be completely honest, is a sight that I never thought I’d see in my lifetime. So, I am in no way complaining about this CBD craze currently sweeping the nation.
But, even though these products can be found damn near anywhere these days, I still relegate all of my CBD shopping to professional cannabis retailers, also known as “dispensaries.” In my opinion, these establishments are the best places to buy any sort of marijuana medium, as some of those lesser known CBD products could be “fudging the numbers” so to speak, as far as their real CBD content is concerned.
Here Are Some Of The Best CBD Strains Available
And, without a proper FDA regulatory process in place, companies will continue to overpromise and under-deliver with their CBD products. So, until some sort of regulation is put into action, I’m going to keep all of my CBD wants and needs to myself, until I visit my neighborhood dispensary, thank you very much. And I strongly suggest you all do the same, as well.
So, without any real way to tell if these companies are telling the truth, it’s best to stick to the classic floral version of CBD – the kind only found at your trusted cannabis club. But, when you’re there, you’ll be overwhelmed with a plethora of different buds to choose from.
That’s where this list comes in.
In a completely random order, here are some of the most beloved CBD strains that can currently be found at your local dispensary (hopefully).

While you may think I’m referencing that terrifying, sewer-dwelling clown from IT, I’m sorry, but you’d be sorely mistaken. This non-spooky CBD is one of the best strains on the market today, without a doubt. If you ever find yourself scatterbrained, without any sort of mental stability, the therapeutic powers of this horror-inspired strain will scare you with how effective it is – metaphorically speaking, of course. There’s truly nothing to fear with this bud, that’s for sure.
Audible memories of that famously screechy rock band from back in the day come to mind whenever I hear the name of this legendary strain. This is one of those buds to utilize after a long, stressful day at work, or even after a strenuous workout. The mental and physical alleviation that coincides with this strain is top-notch, and I strongly urge any of my fellow cannabis enthusiasts to pick this bud up if they are ever lucky enough to spot it on the shelves of their local dispensary.
This sounds more like a dish I’d order at a Chinese restaurant, and less like a CBD strain, in my opinion. But, sure enough, this is one of the most popular CBD strains available, and it’s easy to see why. This is one of those multi-faceted strains that seems tailor-made to take on any and all ailments with ease, precision, and reliability. And, while it’s name may sound confusingly delicious, I promise, this bud will cure whatever it is that’s causing you discomfort, and it’ll do so incredibly quick.
I’ve had many run-ins with this strain, and I have to admit, I love it more and more every single time. This is one of those buds that is perfect for the consumer who is looking for some relief from their anxiety. Harle-Tsu can refocus and recenter even the most frantic of minds, and set it back on the path towards self-confidence and optimism. I love this bud for that very reason, and I’m confident that you will, too.
Regardless of its CBD origin and genetic makeup, this is just one of the best buds on the market today – period. This super-balanced strain allows the consumer to calm their weary mind, without sending them off to sleep. A great deal of energy and focus is maintained by the consumer, and the way this strain eliminates any lingering stress is sincerely phenomenal. No wonder most dispensaries have a jar (or two) full of these buds on hand at all times.
If you’re like me, you immediately thought this was a strain based on the iconic drummer, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Instead, this CBD strain is named after Lawrence Ringo. Lawrence is a CBD expert, and founder of the popular company, SoHum Seeds. So, needless to say, this guy knows what he’s talking about. And his expertise is shown in great detail with this award-winning CBD.
Stephen Hawking Kush
Will smoking this CBD strain make you as brilliant as the late, great Stephen Hawking? No, probably not. But will it help treat your chronic aches and pains, without any sort of psychoactive components? You better believe it will! This is a very even-keeled bud, if I’ve ever smoked one. There is a bit of sedation that coincides with this strain, but if you plan accordingly, this could be one of the most efficient nightcaps that you’ve ever experienced.
Sweet And Sour Widow
First off, on the name alone – I’m in. I love a solid ‘Widow’ strain, and the fact that there is not only one, but two, flavor modifiers to this bud’s name, it has me “sold” pretty much instantly. This strain is equal parts CBD:THC, making for one of the more level series of effects that I’ve ever had the pleasure of enjoying. This is one of those strains that can clear your head, without bringing on any sort of “space cadet” type of stoney-ness. Which, in my opinion, is the telltale sign of a top-notch CBD strain.
And there you have it, party people. Those are some of the most crowd-pleasing CBD strains on the market today. Of course, there are plenty of CBD options to choose from, with more and more hitting shelves each and every day, but these should serve as a solid jumping off point for any of you who are looking for a quality CBD strain.
While these are popular flowers, enjoyed by millions, it’s important to remember that every single person’s body chemistry is different. Therefore, different strains and cannabis products hit us in different ways. So, regardless of this collection, you will have to conduct your own series of trial-and-error smoke sessions to ultimately learn which bud is the best for you. But, I promise, if you pay attention to how your body reacts to certain strains, you will be able to focus on what you are really looking for in a CBD.
Then, armed with that newfound knowledge, you can head into your local cannabis club with the utmost confidence, because you now have a “game plan,” as far as finding the ideal bud for you is concerned. And, honestly, like anything else cannabis-related, the more you know about the strain, and how it affects you personally, the better off you’ll be. Trust me. There’s nothing worse than continually wasting money on strains and products that don’t properly cure your mental and/or physical ailments like they should.
So do your due diligence, and I promise, you will be one satisfied CBD customer.
