At the end of the day, money is the main motivating factor powering society. But, I suppose that goes without saying. We all need money to support ourselves, so it only stands to reason that people want as much of it as they can get their hands on. Our government showcases such an infatuation for monetary means on a daily basis.

Which is why it was so puzzling that they dragged their feet for so long on the topic of marijuana legalization. Couldn’t they see the mountains of taxed revenue that awaited them? Before any state took the heroic leap towards legalization, local governments were blinded by the overwhelming wave of anti-cannabis propaganda that was being spread by the folks on Capitol Hill.

However, over time, through the course of several town hall and city council meetings, states began to take action into their own hands. Gone were the days of blindly following the federal government’s misguided stance on cannabis. It was time to listen to their citizens (and common sense), and legalize this wonderful plant.

While it was only legally available to those who procured themselves an official doctor’s recommendation for the first year or so, it wasn’t long before the pleas calling for recreational use became too loud to ignore. More medicinal studies came out proving marijuana’s many therapeutic benefits, thus solidifying these states and their decision to grant access to this remarkable herb.

At this time, these states were seeing a massive influx in revenue, as well. What was the main reason behind such an onslaught of profit? Why, marijuana, of course.

Gwyneth Paltrow Explains Her New Role In The Cannabis Industry

This industry is, without a doubt, the fast-growing, most-successful realm of business in the country. Everyday, more and more people are joining the cannabis community, and reaping the many rewards that come along with a cannabis-enriched lifestyle.

Honestly, that’s pretty much what marijuana is – a lifestyle.

We, cannabis enthusiasts, choose to live a more calm, optimistic type of life. We make specific decisions, solely based on how it’ll affect our mood. We consciously opt for a THC-infused mind state to help us through the day, accomplish tasks, or to simply help us chill out. So, yeah, I suppose being a cannabis enthusiast is a lifestyle choice when you break it down.

And it’s one that is growing in popularity with every passing day.

Speaking of popularity and lifestyle, more celebrities are starting to dip their proverbial toes into the cannabis industry these days. And none are more synonymous with those two words, “popularity” and “lifestyle,” than one of the world’s most beloved actresses and businesswomen, Gwyneth Paltrow.

Back in 2008, Paltrow decided to take her chances with a lifestyle brand/company/publication known as, Goop. Which, when you think about it, could very well be the name of a potent line of concentrates.

Through Goop, Paltrow, and her team of experts, offer up advice and suggestions to people about any intricacies that life has to offer, with a focus primarily on maintaining healthy habits.

Through the years, Goop, and it’s massive fanbase, have only continued to grow. And, as you can probably already guess, with more popularity comes more success. With more success comes more profit. And, seeing as how Paltrow was (presumably) already doing quite well for herself, this left her in an optimal position to make even smarter business decisions. As more opportunities could be seized upon now more than ever, given the financial assistance and support of her ever-growing Goop wealth.

When in such a position to invest and partner-up, it takes a tremendous amount of business acumen, skill, and experience in order to make the right call. Nobody, not even someone with loads of cash to blow, like Paltrow, wants to just throw their hard-earned cash away. Na-uh. They want their money to work for them, and the best way to do that is through well-researched, thought-out investments and partnerships.

As Goop matured into its current state of popularity, so did the quest for legalized marijuana. What started out as mere suggestions years ago, has turned into a full-blown reality consisting of recreational marijuana being found in states all over the country.

During those handful of years, the cannabis industry set records with its staggering amount of continued success. It is, by far, the fastest, most profitable industry this nation has seen – possibly ever.

Which brings us to the current state of affairs in the cannabis industry.

Yes, it is still tremendously successful. The demand for any and all things marijuana-related has only increased over time, as more states finally start to legalize cannabis in their area. And, with nationwide decriminalization right around the corner, this trend shows absolutely no signs of slowing down.

It’s really no wonder why celebrities are trying to get into the cannabis game as soon as possible. This ever-competitive industry is getting more crowded each day, so the sooner you stake your claim, the more money you stand to gain. But, just because you’re there for a profit, that doesn’t mean it’s always going to happen.

In order to ensure yourself a weed-related wealth, you need to have a sincere passion for the plant. You can’t enter this industry, with zero knowledge whatsoever, and expect to get rich. That’s simply not a successful way to go about things.

With a respect and genuine appreciation for cannabis, you’ll be able to create and cultivate a more accurate, more potent line of products for your customers to enjoy. You’ll care about your name being on it, and you’ll want to help others get the THC-aided relief. It’s not just about turning a profit.

And it appears as though Gwyneth has all that passion for cannabis – and then some.

During a recent interview, the Goop founder was asked to elaborate on her partnership with cannabis conglomerate, MedMen, on a line of products. When asked to speak on the reasons behind their Goop-approved vape pen, bath bomb, THC herbal tea, and CBD patch, the beloved actress was more than happy to share her two cents on the matter.

Specifically, Paltrow said, “With all the legalization of marijuana happening, there’s evidence that it can be helpful in a medicinal sense for people. That it can really be an alternative pain management system and, in some cases, helpful for depression. It’s incredible to see people who can’t sleep, or have chronic pain, report really positive results, and it’s a natural substance.”

Well said, Gwyneth. We couldn’t have phrased it better ourselves.

And it’s that shared sentiment, and state of mind, that has led to an increased number of celebrities stepping into the cannabis industry. While these famous folks may differ in their experience and knowledge surrounding marijuana, one thing’s for certain: Gwyneth knows what she’s talking about. And it shows in her products.

As an avid proponent for all things healthy, she only approves of items that live up to her strict, high-standard of living. There is no compromising with someone like her, and there shouldn’t be. The only thing she’s trying to do is utilize her popularity and celebrity status to help others know how to live a truly healthy, natural lifestyle.

And, when you think about it, what’s a more organic, calming lifestyle than the one of a cannabis enthusiast? I certainly can’t think of one.
